By accessing or using Cursus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Cursus is an AI-powered revenue operations platform that helps B2B SaaS companies design, document, and operate their revenue systems. The Service generates playbook content, provides analytical tools, and offers integrations with third-party services.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service (company data, uploaded documents). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.
Generated content: Playbook content, audit reports, and other AI-generated outputs are yours to use for your business purposes. The underlying AI models, prompts, and platform remain our intellectual property.
Knowledge base: The RAG knowledge base (book summaries, benchmark data) is our proprietary content and may not be extracted or reproduced.
The Service may be offered under different plans with varying feature access and usage limits. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice. Exceeding usage limits may result in temporary restriction of generation features.
Content generated by the Service is produced by AI models and should be reviewed before implementation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for your specific business situation. Generated benchmarks and recommendations are based on available reference material and may not reflect current market conditions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business decisions made based on generated content.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
